In 2007 I purchased an office building in downtown Eugene on the corner of Broadway and Oak. I wanted this investment to be professionally managed. After interviewing several commercial property managers, I hired Silva Property Management for the job.

The Public Works Administration Division has been a tenant at Parkview Place, 101 E. Broadway, since March 2009. Our division has offices on the third and fourth floors. Silva Management manages this building and provides or coordinates a number of building-related services, including custodial services, major and minor building maintenance, HVAC and elevator maintenance, and landscaping and parking lot surface maintenance.
We have had a very good experience with Silva Management. The company's professional staff keeps us well apprised of maintenance activities that might affect our business operations.
